Returns Policy
Refunds will be given only when it is approved before the product is sent back to Sher Body Care.
Please get authorization by sending an email to cheryl@sherbodycare.com and arrangements will be made. All shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. No
shipping and handling will be included in the refund.

Most orders are shipped 2 to 4 business days [Monday to Friday] after received. Orders received after
2:00pm MST are considered received the next day. Depending on where you are, will determine how long it will take
to arrive once we have shipped the order.
Canadian Shipping except North West Territories and Yukon Territories

Post ( 2 - 4 business days service ). If you wish to have your products shipped by courier please place your order
to cheryl@sherbodycare.com and we will work together to get the best shipping price possible.

Post or upon request by courier. The shipping rates on the shopping cart are based on estimated Canadian destinations,
except North West Territories or Yukon Territories, therefore, shipping outside of these areas can not be verified
until the order is picked, packaged, cubed, weighted and calculated. The swiftness of when you would like the package
is also another component to consider. By emailing your order, we can work together to get the best shipping price
possible.
